Having vast experience in the field of Security and Manpower industry, first as an employee and then as an entrepreneur. Radheshyam Singh Tomar co-founded Standard Security and Labour Services in the year 2011. After scaling up the earlier company he decided to part ways with earlier partner. With a desire to restructure the company with a fresh and innovative approach to attain greater heights, he started Standard Security & Manpower Solutions in year 2019. Their vision, hard work and constant attention to the need of the client resulted in exponential growth of the company. The company managed to cross the turnover of more than Rs 15 crores within three years.
